Monique was born in San Francisco and raised in sunny San Diego as an only child.
Raised by her industrious mother, Barbara. Earl Faison was Monique's father, a celebrated NFL player. Monique has forged her own path as a global benefits administrator. With a passion for giving back, she has held various volunteer roles, including serving on the Connecticut Fatality Review Task Force.
An 'accidental author,' Monique shares her unique story through her writings in Lilith Magazine and beyond.
Monique enjoys several hobbies, including traveling, reading, and taking in as many cherry blossom trees as she can. She is a dog lover and, most importantly, loves spending as much time as possible with her four adult children and five beloved grandchildren.
